本项目地处“粤中旅游休闲走廊”的中心地段--惠州市博罗县长宁镇，北临为被誉为”中药圣山“的风景名胜罗浮山。

洞天药市 （岭南文化商贸街区），含药市交易、养生体验、文化创意、展示、休闲娱乐、住宿、旅游观光多种业态，有效带动就业与产业升级，提高地方GDP。

洞天现代仓储物流工业观光体验区，为罗浮医药产业提供强力支持，仓储物流和旅游完美地融合扩大企业和产品的品牌影响力。

中医学院（产学研基地及高效特色旅游培训区），为地区发展积聚大量人才，有力推动罗浮医药产业带的技术创新与产业升级。

洞天社区（低层科研组团），由3层的联排房屋构成，为科技专家工作室与创业公司办公场所。

洞天社区（高层配套居住社区），18层的高层住宅采用组团式的建筑布局，形成优越的住区环境。

洞天酒店旅游度假区，由酒店与养生排屋组成。罗浮旅游产业带的补充与升级。

This project is located in the center of "guangdong tourism and leisure corridor" -- changning town, boluo county, huizhou city.

Dongtian medicine market including medicine market trading, living experience, cultural creativity, exhibition, recreation, accommodation, travel and sightseeing ,etc. It will effectively promote employment and industrial upgrading, improve the local GDP.

Dongtian modern warehousing and logistics industry tourism experience zone provides strong support for the luofu pharmaceutical industry, and the warehousing logistics and tourism are perfectly integrated to expand the brand influence of enterprises and products.

The college of traditional Chinese medicine has accumulated a large number of talents for the development of the region, and has effectively promoted the technological innovation and industrial upgrading of the luofu medical industry belt.

Dongtian community (low level scientific research group) is composed of three layers of townhouses, which are the office space of science and technology expert studios and start-up companies.

现状地形分析

场地内自然条件丰富，景色优美。场地主要由山体、池塘、农田组成。现状内存在多处水体，水域面积较大。规划高铁线从场地中部由东至西穿过。
