设计师通过研究认为, LOŠBATES小学的活力与社会意义在于它如何合理的创造建筑与城镇、自然、以及人的活动之间的密切关系。而同时,这种妥善的关系必须能够为孩子带来更为创新、天然的教育空间和成长环境。

而本方案试图解决的核心问题则是如何在传统意义上的教育空间与具有公共意义的城市空间之间寻求一种恰当的平衡。


Based on study, designer considers that the vitality and social significance of LOŠBATES Primary School lies in rational creation of intimate connection between buildings and town, nature and human activities, which provides children with more creative and natural educational space and growth environment.

The core problem this scheme tries to solve is how to reach a balance between traditional educational space and public town space.

从8KM×8KM范围、2KM×2KM范围…最终到300M×300M的场所区域,设计师以ZOOM IN的系统分析方式,充分理解了区域、城镇、场地之间的内在关系,并在此基础上提出:

通过 打开-----延续-----渗透-----共享 的过程,使LOŠBATES小学转变为城镇重要的中心节点。


Designer uses ZOOM IN to systematically analyze the areas with scope of 8KM×8KM, 2KM×2KM…and finally to 300M×300M to fully comprehend the internal relationship between region, town and site, and thus proposes:

Make LOŠBATES Primary School the central node of the town through the process of OPEN --- CONTINUE --- INFILTRATE --- SHARE.

1. 打开

将集中式的校园建筑打开,使具备对外公共作用的空间与对内纯粹的教学空间分开布置为东、西两部分,中间则形成开放的校园。这样的布局分区清晰明确,不仅使公共性空间置于最具人气的恰当之处,同时则直接、有效的避免了外界对位于场地另一侧的教学区的干扰。

1.OPEN

Open the centralized school buildings and separate the public space and teaching space into 2 parts-east and west, with the middle part becoming open schoolyard. This clear layout not only properly puts public space into popular place, but also directly and effectively avoids interruption to teaching area from outside.

 

2. 延续

以对自然环境的尊重与回应为初衷,将场地北边的大片森林向南边延续、引入打开的校园,使校园、操场能够有变成森林的一部分的趋势。设计试图使篮球场、跑道、足球场等校园空间与北边的树林尽量融为一体,进而创造一个天然的室外活动空间。这是总体布局中最重要显著的特征。

建筑空间的建构与未来的扩建方式同样体现了延续的概念。建筑物以单一元素为基本单元,然后以不断延续衍生基本单元的方式,构成了一个秩序性极强的整体。而未来,教学区、餐厅以及体育馆的扩建均是在尊重原本建筑的整体性和秩序性的前提下,依照建筑原有的构成逻辑和结构方式,继续复制延续着同样的基本单元。因此,从现在到未来,建筑空间的扩建,就像一个孩子的成长过程,是建筑遵循着基本特征的自然生长。

尤为重要的是,运用以上方法,同时结合预留空地的方式,就使今后的扩建工程变得经济便利,且不会影响建筑的正常使用。

2. CONTINUE

With original intention to respect and respond to natural environment, extend vast northern forest to the south, into the open schoolyard, so that schoolyard and playground will become parts offorest. Designer tries to fuse the basketball ground, track and football groundwith northern grove to create a natural outdoor activity space, which is the most important and obvious feature in general layout.

The concept of CONTINUE also lies in the construct of building space and future extension method. Single element is the basic unit of buildings and the basic units grow continuously into an orderlyentirety. In the future, the extension of teaching area, dining hall and sportshall will repeat the same basic units according to original construction logic and method of the buildings with premise of protecting their integrality and order. Thus, the future extension of building space will follow the natural growth of basic feature, like the growing up process of a child.

The most important thing is, together with method of reserving clearings, the above method will make future extension projects economic and convenient without affecting normal use of buildings.

 

3. 渗透

森林延续进入中间的校园,从这个完全开放的场所,它向东、西两边继续延续,逐渐进入由建筑物围合而成的半开放庭院、封闭内院......。开放-----半开放-----封闭的庭院秩序,则形成了空间与森林的层层渗透,同时也为学生创造了多样而富有逻辑性的自然空间。

3.INFILTRATE

The forest extends to completely open schoolyard in the middle, to east and west part and gradually reaches the semi-open yard and closed internal yard enclosed by buildings...Open—semi-open—closed order of yards infiltrate forest into space, and create various logical nature space for students. 

 

4. 共享

位于建筑之间的开放的校园面对着北边重要的步行景观空间,通过与森林的衔接、甚至融合,设计师希望它可以逐渐变成一个共享森林。这个共享森林在平时是学生的天然运动场和生态校园,但在假日周末,却可以转变成供城镇居民交流活动的运动广场和公共空间,它和旁边的礼堂、体育馆一起,将使LOŠBATES小学同时变为一个充满快乐的城镇中心,这进而使传统意义上的封闭、孤立、死板的教育空间上升为一个具有持续活力的城市建筑。

4. SHARE

The open schoolyard among the buildings faces an important pedestrian landscape space in the north. Designer hopes it can gradually become a sharing forest by joining, even fusing with forest. The sharing forest will be natural sports ground and ecological schoolyard for students and in weekends or holidays it becomes sports square and public space for town residents. Together with the nearby assembly hall and sports hall, it makes LOŠBATES Primary School a joyful town center and changes the traditionally enclosed, isolated and hidebound educational space into continuously energetic town buildings.
