将台堡规划设计应以尊重历史、尊重现实为前提，提升民众生活为目的,同时解决1.8万贫困人口的脱贫问题。因此，通过时间的维度，设计师系统地研究了当地的居民经济状况、优势产业比例、人口浮动趋势、贫困人口比重和城镇实际容量。

The planning and design of Jiangtaipu should be on the premise of respecting history and reality, improving the livelihood of people, and also solving the problem of 18000 poor people out of poverty

通过对将台堡实际情况的深入研究，反思两个问题:
1.城市再生与文化传承之间的关系？
2. 惯用的旅游模式是否适合城市文化的持续生长？

By means of the intense research of actual situation of Jiangtaipu, we reflect on two questions:
1.The relationship between urban growth and culture transmission ?
2.Is the typical tourist mode approprite for the grow continuation of city culture?

因此，通过对惯用旅游模式与城市关系的反思，打破旅游区通常以片区状、点状、线性状等存在模式，不单纯是为了旅游区而设置旅游区，而是将旅游与城镇居民日常生活及城镇结构自然融合，成为一体，使旅游与城市生长相互渗透。

尊重将台堡镇的历史与现实，“旅游”应当是一个更为广义深远的概念。旅游、日常生活、城市生态景观相互渗透融合，使“单一将台堡”转变为“融合将台堡”。

Respect to history and reality of the Jiangtaipu town, the "tourism" should be a more generalized profound concept.Tourism, the daily life, the urban ecological landscape permeable fusion, make "Single Jiangtaipu" turn into "Fusion Jiangtaipu".
